To simplify everyday life for everyone, PEARL Corp offers a single membership package for its roadside assistance plan. We’ve opted for an economical, advantageous, and cost-effective package at just $9.50/month (+HST) or $99.00/year (+HST).
Our roadside assistance plan is comprehensive and will cover all your most common needs. Rest easy knowing our dedicated assistance team is at your service 24/7, anywhere in North America.
PEARL subscribers will benefit from the following roadside assistance services on their motor vehicles for twelve (12) months from their eligibility date.
We cover the first $100.00 of each service event, and up to 3 service events per subscription year. Coverage begins 20 days after the subscription effective date.

What conditions must be met for the roadside assistance service to help me?
Several conditions must be met to ensure our roadside assistance near me service is provided under the best conditions:
- The vehicle operator must be present with the broken-down vehicle (however, an exception is made if the customer cannot stay with the vehicle for safety reasons)
- The vehicle must not be involved in theft or vandalism
- Towing or assistance services must be carried out off regularly maintained roads or private properties
- The safety check, license plate, and/or emission sticker must be valid and comply with the law
- The vehicle must be in a safe condition to be towed safely
What vehicles are covered by my plan?
The vehicles covered by the plan are all classic types of automobiles that the plan provider drives or legally rides in for personal use.
Excluded vehicles include: all types of commercial vehicles (including, but not limited to, taxis, limousines, buses, and delivery vehicles), vehicles involved in theft or vandalism, off-road vehicles, vehicles with a capacity of more than 1 ton, vehicles already in a repair shop or on roads where state/provincial providers are exclusively used, ATVs, trailers or towed vehicles, or any other vehicle not normally intended to be driven legally on public roads or highways.
What are the services in case of an accident?
The accident services in the plan include the following indemnities: towing in case of a road accident and return to the repair center.
The maximum indemnity is $100.00 per event, and up to 3 (three) service events per subscription year.
What is the service for getting unstuck?
Our service for getting unstuck can remove your vehicle stuck in mud, snow, or a ditch using a motorized cable attached to a tow truck or repair vehicle. The only condition to benefit from the service is that the vehicle must be accessible from a regularly traveled road.
To what extent can roadside assistance services not be provided?
PEARL strives to provide roadside assistance only under optimal safety conditions for the customer and their vehicle. That’s why we will not be able to provide roadside assistance near me in the following cases:
- Service in infrequently traveled areas, such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields, or other places that may pose a risk or danger to our collaborators;
- Towing or service on irregularly maintained roads, including private properties;
- Installation or removal of snow chains, disassembly, repair, or rotation of tires;
- If the vehicle is stolen or involved in an act of vandalism;
- If the vehicle has an expired safety check, license plate, and/or emission sticker;
- If a service request is made within 20 days after registering for the PEARL program
